Exhibition Introduction

Hebei is one of China's manufacturing bases, with numerous industrial clusters that are highly influential both at home and abroad. The general Secretary pointed out that high-quality development is the only way for China's economic development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, and high-quality development of equipment manufacturing industry is a top priority. Hebei will take the promotion of industrial synergy between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and the development of high-end high-tech industries in Xiongan New Area as strategic opportunities to promote industrial transformation and upgrading across the province, and create a high-tech industrial belt around Beijing and Tianjin, a coastal port industrial belt, an advanced manufacturing industrial belt in Central and southern Hebei and a green manufacturing industrial belt in northwest Hebei.

The Hebei International Equipment Manufacturing Expo is held every spring in Shijiazhuang, capital of Hebei province. Since 2004, it has been successfully held 17 times. It is a large scale and influential industry event in North China. In May 2019, the exhibition was awarded as "Excellent Brand Exhibition of Hebei Province" by Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce, Hebei Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Hebei Provincial Exhibition Office.
